In this section you will find information on how to solve some technical problems with your device. If your device is still not working after you followed the procedures below, you will need to contact our customer service :

The product is not working
- Did you turned on the on/off switch?
- Are there batteries in the device?
- Are the batteries on the right side?
- Did you try changing the batteries? (Batteries can be interchangeable)
- Is the refill can empty?
Not Spraying
Procedure:
- Turn device off
- Remove the motion detector from the refill can
- Activate the device (turn it on)
- Wait till everything is activated (30 to 40 seconds)
- Then pass your hand in front of device about two feet from the sensor
- Do you hear a click?
- If yes, put motion detector back on the refill can
- Does it works? Does it spray?
None of the above?
- Note the serial number of the product (Take off battery cover. Take out batteries, the serial number is into the device)
- Then Call Multivet Customer Service
Spray non-stop
- Adjust the angle of spray upward on the device
- Did it stop spraying?
- If not, Call Multivet Customer Service
Batteries do not last
- Did you turned off the device when you were not using it? If not change the battery.
Note:
- Every time you remove the batteries and put them back again, you have to wait about 30 – 40 seconds to reactivate the device.
- It is advisable to always replace all batteries when changing them.
