How does it work?
The Anti-Bark Spray collar has a mini directional microphone that will pick up the barking sound from the dog wearing the collar. The dog barks and the unit instantly releases a spray in front of the dog's snout. The spray is a disruptive stimuli that distract the dog from what he is barking at and within 3 to 5 barks on 9 out of 10 dogs, they will not bark while wearing the collar.
What is included in a kit?
Each kit contains: Anti-barking spray device, adjustable collar( fits all sizes ), a spray refill, a 6 V alkaline battery and detailed instructions.
What is the success rate of the product in controlling barking?
Research has shown that the Anti-Bark Spray Collar will eliminate nuisance-barking by up to 88%.
Can all dogs be trained to stop barking?
No, not all dogs can be trained. Some mistreated or badly trained dogs that have severe behaviour problems are often too settled in their ways to respond positively to any method.
How large is the Spray Collar?
The unit weighs 60 gm with the battery ( 2.14 oz) and is 1.9 X 1.3 X 1.2 inches ( 4.8 cm X 3.3 cm X 3.0 cm).
Is my dog too small for the Anti-Bark Spray Collar ?
We have had success with dogs as small as 5 lbs. or 2.5 kg.
Can the spray be harmful for my dog or family?
The spray solution has been found to be extremely safe. Its ozone friendly propellant is the same inert product used in asthma pumps for humans. The citronella essence is a natural essential oil that has been used in many human, animal and environmental applications for thousands of years.
Can the spray harm my dog's eyes?
It should be noted that the citronella solution is buffered to minimize any discomfort should it get into the eyes. However, as with any aerosol product, the spray should not be aimed directly into the eyes. The collar, being worn on the neck, is directed at the snout. This makes it a safe distance from your dog's eyes since the spray dissipates very quickly.
Can my pet become accustomed to the spray?
While this is possible, it has only been found to occur in a few cases. When using positive reinforcement as part of the training, the likelihood of this happening is less.
Does this product come with a warranty?
This units come with a one year warranty on parts and labor for any defect provided the warranty card is completed and returned at the time of purchase.

How does it work?
This system has 2 components: a hand held remote controlled unit and a spray receiver collar. Each time you want to release a spray press the second button (for a small spray of 0.2 sec.) or the third button (for a large spray of 1 sec). The first button on the remote is a beep, for positive reinforcement.
How will this train my dog?
The CD included in the kit will very clearly explain how to modify unwanted behaviour in your pet with Spray Commander. The Spray Commander method is a very different approach from just plain punishment.
What is included in a kit?
Each kit contains: a remote control, a spray receiver collar, two 6.0 V batteries, a spray refill, an instruction manual and a CD.
Are these the same Spray Collars as those used in Virtual Fence or Virtual Barrier?
No, Spray Commander is a totally different product. It will not work with Virtual Fence or Virtual Barrier.
At what frequency does Spray Commander operate?
915 MHz
Up to what distance can Spray Commander operate?
Up to 85 meters (250 feet).
Can we have two dogs using the Spray Commander at the same time without interference?
Each Spray Commander has an identification number. If those two numbers are different, there will be no interference.
Can all dogs be trained?

How does it work?
SSSCAT is a motion detector activated spray device. Through its P.I.R. sensor, the unit detects changes in the temperature profile in front of it thereby detecting the displacement of animals whose body temperature is higher than the ambient air. Once the motion is detected, a solenoid valve releases a large spray towards the animal thereby scaring it. The animal is soon conditioned to avoid the SSSCAT.
Can other sources of heat set off the device?
Yes, heat sources such as heaters and direct sunlight can possibly set off the device.
What is included in the kit?
The kit includes a SSSCAT spray device, a 285 gm can of aerosol and an instruction booklet.
What kind of batteries are required?
4 X 1.5 Volts AAA batteries.
What is included in the aerosol and can it harm my animal?
The aerosol is 100% HFC134a ( 1,1,1,2 tetrafluoroethane ) propellant. It is the same propellant that is used in breathable aerosol products. It is non-toxic, non-flammable and ozone-friendly.
How many sprays are in the can?
When the spray starts to weak, 355 sprays.
When there is only air coming out, 368 sprays.
What is the meaning of PIR in PIR sensor?
PIR = Passive Infra Red

How does it work?
The Virtual Fence training system has 3 components: an emitter, a spray
receiver collar and an antenna (buried wire around established perimeter).The emitter is plugged into a regular household 120 VAC power outlet. It
generates a low frequency radio signal that is transmitted through the buried antenna. As your pet approaches the buried antenna, the spray
receiver collar will pick up the low frequency signal. The collar will at first emit a warning beeping sound to let your animal know it has reached the
limit. Should he continue on, he will then receive a brisk spray .
What is included in a kit?
Each kit contains: a spray receiver collar, 6 V battery, spray refill, transmitter with transformer, 500 feet (150 metres) of antenna wire, 50
flags, instruction booklet, CD and warranty card.
How much area can the transmitter in my kit cover?
The transmitter will cover up to 25 acres with the purchase of extra wire.
How deep do you have to bury the wire?
1 to 3 inches ( 3 to 8 cm).
How long does it take to install?
Allow 2 to 3 hours for a 500 ft fence. It depends on layout, soil conditions, tools, etc. A typical installation can be completed in one afternoon.
What other items do I need?
Straight edged spade, wire stripping pliers, and electrical tape.

Is there any training involved?
Virtual Fence is not a solid barrier. It will not work without proper training. The fourteen day training period is actually a lot of fun. These take about
10 to 15 minutes a day. With the aid of the flags, you will train your dog to recognise his designated area.
Can more than one dog use the Virtual Fence system at a time?
Yes. Simply place a Spray Receiver Collar ( sold separately) on the other dogs and train them just like you did for the first one.

It can be adjusted from 2 to 10 feet.
