If your designer dog is a barker, you might be tempted to try a no-bark collar. There are three types of no-bark collars: sonic, electric shock, and citronella. Of the three, the most effective and humane collar is the citronella collar.

A citronella no-bark collar is an alternative to a standard no-bark collar. When the dog barks, the collar sprays a fine mist of citronella on the dog's chin.
